Absolutely the best customer service I have had in a very long time. The lead electrician Brandon Richards was exceptional from the start to the end. He gave me a quote for exactly what I asked for and then made suggestions that proved to be beneficial. Both electricians cleaned up after themselves and left my home the same way as when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for any electrical repairs of any kind at their home. When you call Electramedics for appointment you are greeted with a friendly person who sets up your appointment then follows up with a phone call the day of the appointment, and then follows up the day after the work has been performed to check and see if you fully satisfied with the work. I will never use another company but this one.

I always think the pricing is high and I don't like being upsold whenever a vendor comes by, but with that said, the servicemen were good people, they did what I asked and did find something that I had forgotten and fixed that as well. Unless I find a bargain electrician I trust as much as ElectroMed, I will continue to use them in the future.

I was extremely impressed with Michael's courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. So much so that a coupon job for a whole house surge protector install turned into running and installing an outdoor floodlight, adding a ceiling bracket for a kitchen fan, AND running electricity from the house, including new outdoor outlets to 2 patios (approx 225')...
